for your ads bar it says "Adds on Cozydating". btw it's against adsense rules to have competing contextual ads... which would include your "adds" .

Not much to add, :imho: it fits the way it is, only minor things i'd change/add;

the "Quicksearch" button is definitely the butter on your bread, i'd graphically re-inforce it's presence and let it stand out a bit more.

Also, to entice people to register/login, bring the top 3 male and female rated users onto the frontpage. These can easily take the spot of one of your google ads which are a bit too overpowering at this time.
