Becoz it is COY R you can have an acronym which uses Coy along with R
Take for example FUNZ or MAYF

Now Fun is a word Z can be Zone => Acronym for Fun Zone, better than FNZN (which can be anoher acronym but a crappy one), therefore you are actually using Fun as a dictionary word attaching it to another Character.
Similarly MayF, BayM, CryC etc etc etc.
