It's a powerful combination of keywords but like I said he'd probably have to put on a really good sell to the buyer.

Thats an example and a .com for reference. Not saying he can't get xxxx from right buyer (like yourself) though.

Yeah ... .net is hurting .. but if you have a good keyword it still works and can be better than most other TLD's (aside from .com obviously).

I don't see this as a huge value .. but it certainly does have some value! How much depends on how badly you want to sell it. i wouldn't price it too high though .. in the $xxx range I'd think. Still not an easy sell though.
