The site looks cool. All I would say is that if you don't have any "numbers" to capture the imagination of a buyer, and if its just a dead site at present, the value isn't going to be so lucrative. Put this up in the website category of NamePros, see what the response is

If your site has no sales numbers, or any numbers to speak of ...not easy. Its a dead site, that is partly developed, with a quirky domain ...3 figures maybe, if I see a vision (but I don't). You need a buyer that appreciates it
