domain country code TLD's

I grabbed a few of these investments the tother day, what do you think to them??

USC.sc (south carolina uni)
ETV.sc (south carolina tv station)
golf.sc
cars.sc

cha.am (exclusive resort 'cha-am' in Thailand)

I know they'll be for the longer term but if any of you knowledgeble types out there have any experience in this field of new ccTLD's Id be pleased to hear. Maybe a 'value now' and a value 'if .sc is adopted wholsale by south carolina'??

Nice for speculation... could be Southern California as well, lol. I'd hate to hazard a guess tho I can see USC.SC being a great alumnus domain!

I'm a fan, partly because my AlmaMata was USC (Diet USC, the one in South Carolina) and I'm surprised no one else had thought of it, nice job!
Don't market it as a USC site without paying royalties through CLC, however, because SC has begun enforcing their TM on websites.
Possible $xxx if marketed in the Columbia area.
