Could someone help me with a PHP program please?

I have been trying to make a php page that has a button on it and visitors click it and then if they try to click it from the same IP it says that they cant cause that IP has already been used on it but everytime it gets clicked have it add +1 to the current number and start it at 0 to see how many different IPs i could get on it but i cant get a code made i keep trying but it never works so i was wondering if someone could help me

So you only want to let them view it once per day or so?

I want it to be a button and i want it to be so that you can only click it 1 time on that IP no IP can click it more than once

by that script u r actually blocking all users from that perticular isp after first usr visit on ur site
