A really nice name imho. Does it have premium renewal price?

The word CosmeticSurgery sold in net for $20k, in biz for $377 and in club for $99.
Clinic is better than biz or club for this name in my opinion, although the overall domain name is long and not many .clinic sales (2, but both were in $2500 range).

I would think the retail price would be something in the lowish $$$$ range but a bit less than the $2500 that .skin clinic went for. Wholesale prices on ngTLDs tend to be low, so if selling to another domainer it might just fetch low $$$ or even $$, so definitely put in effort to find an end user.

Best of luck finding a retail end user. It is a nice name!
