Copywrited pictures on my site...

Ok, I'm in the process of building this hunting site and I get an e-mail from a lady that says this

Pardon me, but I noticed you have a few of my photos displayed on your website. ALL my photos retain FULL AND SOLE COPYRIGHT with ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.

and

From my flickr site profile:

<b>All of my photos are protected by copyright with ALL rights reserved. Do NOT use any of my photographs unless you have expressed written consent from me.</b>

Your website does not have written consent from me, and you need to remove all my photos from your website immediately please, unless you with to discuss monetary compensation. I am a paid photographer, and get paid for my works. Please get in touch with me to discuss this matter futher.

The things is my site is a wordpress site and I have a flickr sidebar that randomly puts up 3 photos of whatever certain tag I put it. So if I put in "deer" as the tag everytime there is 3 random photos from flickr that has something to do with deer.

How should I go about this matter?

first off, she is within her rights to request this, if she is ineed the photographer that took the images,

i would suggest letting her know that your using a flickr sidebar and it randomly pulls the images, maybe she'll take a link back to her site from yours?

your third option is to consider paying her for some image usage, but thats up to you,

first and formost, verify they are her images, be nice, work out an agreement or try to somehow block her images coming in.

Yea I contacted her and she said she has the 3rd party images blocked and is mad at flickr for letting this happen because on all of her pictures non of them should be going out to another party. Were resolving this in a good way, so I think I'm good on the help, thanks anyways

Yeah if they are being displayed via a 3rd party, its the 3rd party she needs to hassle.
