Copyright infringement ?

I was wondering if I buy a domain such as
googleareassholes.com
yahoosucksballs.com
these are just examples!

is this considered copyright infringement?
I am asking because i don't want to waist all my time building a site idea i have spend all that money and effort to generate traffic only to get it taken down or get sued and not win.

But i also have good idea for a site for a brand that i dislike a lot because of their ethics.
And If i generate loads and loads of traffic to my site!
Propagating bad media for that brand !
Id even sell them the domain back for profit to take down the site.

Is it possible to do such a think and be legally secure all the way or at least half of the way making sure?

i need to know anything that would help know the legal stand point of this plan? is it viable?

Yes they are 100% trademark issus. You are allowed to use trademarks in a url for negative sites as long as they are factual and objective.

If they are downright abusive you would fail a wipo case and you would be inviting more complaint.
