Copying a website?

Hi I have just bought a arcade script phparcadescript.com the cheapo one.

I wanted to know am I allowed to get someone to duplicate this website?

I will be changing the whole color scheme and I will be changing the ads to all adsence.

would this be sufficient in order for me not to get in trouble?? It will be all coded by someone nothing will be stolen. and small things here and there that I hate will be changed.

How alike can they be??

If you did not ripe anything from their site, it's ok. Do ensure that the person who code your new site prove that it is coded by them

Hi I hired RiVAL from dp. $100 I duno if thats cheap but im ok with it that is for full template creation and coding for phparcadescript.

RiVAL has a bunch of thread with selling templates he has made so I dont think he will try to ripp anything. from his threads he has great knowledge in template making and coding.

so im happy

personally I like the design but the green doesnt do it for me I asked for a blue one. Plus its easier to show them what you like than telling them.
