you need to get .xml feed or request it from site mentioned on the site itself and use magicparser for it.
also you need an .xml scroller script

Very nice tool. Pitty the FireFox install link doesn't work though. Would also be nice to be able to choose which marketplaces you want/don't want included in the feed.

Does the ticker lists all the names on the respective marketplaces for sale? :o

Hello,

The tool doesn't list all names from each marketplace, but it lists what I felt to be the ones of most interest. For example, it doesn't include all Sedo listings, but does show auctions ending within 24 hours... On Namepros it shows the Fixed price and Offers forum, and I am adding the auctions section today.

As for the Firefox version, it worked fine last time I checked , I will check on it again this evening if you want to try again tomorrow.

Soon the DNTicker site will allow individual sellers to list their names directly to the ticker (PM me your email address if you would like to be notified when available). Also, I am going to have a web-based version of this tool which doesn't require a download, hopefully up this weekend...Please check http://www.dnticker.com then, if your interested in that.

Finally, I have had many people contact me, and post about DNTicker on their blogs, on forums (like this!), Digg, etc...I want to say thanks for the support!

Firefox version worked beautifully for me. If you can, add an option to take out the search and the suff on the right so I can just see the scroll. Thanks for the great tool though.

All items to the right can be removed by clicking on the little down arrow next to the DNTicker logo, and go to 'Toolbar Options'.

The newest version doesn't have that stuff on the right of the ticker, only the logo and the search box on the left...

I got it on firefox works perfectly and you can take out the search option i believe. I will verify that when i get home. Im at work right now.

Worked for me just fine on Firefox. :tu:

The only other thing I'd like is if it was possible to right-click on whichever link/sale I was interested in and open it in a new tab or window. But even without this option, it's still a great tool.
