Cookies Suck ( Win Np$ )

ok i havnt been able to login to enom for the last month or so with this computer

i found out today that my cookie folder isnt saving any cookies
all it has is the index.dat file

if you can help me so it accepts cookies and i can login to eNom again ill give you whatever NP$ i have on me

what IE version do you use? you may be blocking cookies.

Do the following if you are 5.5 or 6

Go To - Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Trusted Sites -> Click On Sites -> and add enom address.

Also After that click on Privacy Tab and under websites click EDIT. Add enom site and Allow. Also on the same tab click on Advanced and check First Party cookies to either Accept or Prompt

These are the simple things that u have to do.

i downloaded ie6 today to see if that would but it didnt

i tried the things you said but they didnt work either

do u know when the prob started? like do u remember putting any sofwares or upgrades?

at the top of the page go to 'Tools' then 'Internet Options...' then in the area where it says 'Temporary Internet Files' go to 'Settings...' then it says 'Check for newer versions of stored pages' then check 'Every visit to page'
i think thatll do it!

1) Tools > Settings > Privacy > Set to medium or lower.
2) Make sure you have enom in your trusted sites.
3) Tools > Settings > Privacy > Advanced > Check the box and thw two accept circles.
4) Get a new browser, try Opera or Netscape. :P

none of thats working since ive tried most of it already..
it happened over a month ago
cant remember what i downloaded exept domain-retriever

my cookies folder is empty and wont let anything in

you on nt/xp, if so your cookies folder is in "documents and settings" not the windows directory. Maybe its not a cookie problem. Look into something else maybe.

Ok, i figured it out:

Rename your cookies folder to cookies2
Reboot your machine
Windows will create a new cookies folder
It should work properly

ok go into your Control Panel and double click Internet Options and do what is in picture that is attached and hit Apply it should work
