Hey Pros, Need your appraisal on CookieFood.com

It has the exact keyword match for 100,000 - 1,000,000 google searches per month.
Web traffic would not be an issue.

It's in the "foodie niche" so there is optimism to go around for engagement.

I somewhat have an idea of the value I Just need a ballpark price I can sell for.

Made this graphic to kind of show "vision" what this domain could be used for.

(This is not an actual Facebook Page...Yet)

Considering the commercial usage, it is quite less. People usually use Cookie and not cookie food.
Hence, low xxx for the logo and domain combined if you find a buyer.

That’s healthy keyword search volume but keep in mind that Google Ads tool is unreliable for predicting domain traffic. Dig deeper and you’ll find that the Ads tool conflates keywords and relative search volume often conflicts with other in-house tools such as Trends (see: cookie food vs cookie cake). Cookie food is an odd phrase, try using it in a sentence. “The meatloaf was delicious, please pass the cookie food” or “Nabisco shocked Madison Avenue this week by rebranding Oreos as Cookie Food.” Web traffic would definitely be an issue to anyone operating this name. Search, referral and direct traffic would all start at zero. The recent reg date and availability in every other tld suggests no phrase demand and low probability of resale at retail price level. On the flip side, 2-words 10-letters and dot com tld are positives. Good luck!

Wholesale: $x
Retail: $xxxx

Names ending in "food" that in my opinion are better than CookieFood have only sold for about 1k on average. I know you have high hopes for this name but don't get attached.

I would probably list this name for mid XXX and strongly consider any offers in the XXX

But i'm a noob, just replying because of your second post

Definitely would be stepping into a new territory branding this domain, no doubt about that. But what better way than having a name that is synonymous with an already active audience?

I'm thinking of using my social media skillset in setting up the actual online presence, kind of show what this bad boy can do . Maybe that will light a fire in a buyer.
Many thanks for your input!

My hopes are high and that is due to my knowledge of that I know this domain can do.

Imagine harnessing that organic traffic to a Cookie Food Blog/Website integrated with Google Ad Sense campaigns? Holy hell. . .if you can generate even 50,000 website visits a month, that PPC for ads would be a sweeter than cookie food itself. This domain has balls of steel. Just needs to be polished up to shine
