This is a premium domain. You could get a number of short-term, speculative offers none of which represent the eventual end user sale. Once the economy stabilizes and home remodeling and construction resume, I would put this in $XX,XXX. Don't consider a domainer sale unless in desperate need of funds. Think end user and give yourself ample time, 3-7 years. The name will sell. It's a very, very big market.

nice .us name. like carlton said its not the best time to sell it. whats great about this name is that there are so many contractors out there when times are good that would think nothing of throwing 5k+ at a name like this. The time to sell it is when contractor businesses are increasing (when they need a name) not decreasing as i am sure they are now
