We are going to offer RSS feeds of our wedding advertisers for event planning/wedding sites including links to videos they have uploaded.

This can serve as backfill for wedding directories. The publisher will get rev share and content.

This should be available by the Jan 09 Wedding Busy Season.

As we continue to expand into home improvement, pet services, and health/fitness - we will offer an RSS feeds for those categories once we have critical mass.

There are some scripts that pull out feed from various video sites.

Truveo offers API (They pull videos from all over the web) in which you can parse by scripting. I'll provide an example in the near future.
They have some demos/codes in the api developer gallery section.
