Well, don't know what happened but I've managed to hand reg this domain after I spotted it on dnssaleprice.com. it seems that it was sold in oct of 2006 for 600$, and it was used. so, what do you think? thanks

That sale is called hitting the lottery.

Chances of it ever selling for that price again are slim to none.

Keyword + Hyphen + Extension = Reg-Fee

The domain was 'developed' pre 06 sale, might even been pumped up. The buyer bought it and drained click cash on parked dot com until it went dry Then dropped the domain. You regged it but not its back to its value is only dependent on actual name status. People don't throw money around post financial crisis like they did in the domaining world when this sold for 2006. Parking quality score changes is another reason. So forget about the $600 past sale.

As it sits the only thing wrong with it is that it has two down factors instead of one, hyphen and info. People wanting it for traffic will sermonize that - and info = practically no traffic. And people looking at it 'seo' wise would not have so much of a problem with the hyphen but instead "do I want to develop a dot info?"

Wouldn't surprise me if another person would want to go development on it again and offer you xx for it. But that could be low odds and a long wait. Goodluck

contact-lens.info 600$ 2011-06-25 sedo.com

Notice

a) There no mention of the 06 sale on namebio

b) The sales price and sales platform are the same as the 06 sale

Conclusion I would consider it a mistake sales listing

so, do you think that having been sold in 2011 in the "post financial crisis" changes things? the 2006 price might have been faulty do to the domain shopping spree that characterize that period. If it managed to get an 600$ sale in 2011 might mean something, no?
