Contact Form With Image Verification

Hey all, I'm in need for a simple PHP contact form that also has image verification because my current form is being spammed really bad by bots.

All my contact form needs to be is Full Name, E-Mail Address & Message.

Does anyone know if there's any free one's knocking about? Thanks.

There is no simple PHP contact form with exactly these properties. But you can build image verification into your contact form.
