Consider a .net???

Hello All,
Can any one tell me, please - is it worth considering a .net or even a .co.uk
ext., when reg'ing an "adult" name that begins with the word "sex" or "sexy"?
(Bearing in mind that the name being reg'd will not be used for development - but for parking or resale purposes).

IMHO, No.
Parking of .net's that aren't solid, solid keywords will be weak. And parking for adult names is weak at PPC already, and the CTR is below that of almost any other option.

I own a couple adult .nets which get traffic but they do have links.

....no, nothing like that. It's just that most practicable .com's beginning with the word "sex" or "sexy" seem to be taken (obviously) and was hoping that a .net would get traffic - if the .com of that particular name was not being utilised to its best advantage. (Wishful thinking)?

Yup, just wishful thinking unless it is some particularly popular keyphrase (OVT) with no .com version, if .net's made money in that field you wouldent see many of those about either.
