Confusing sale values on LLN.COM and LLN.US

Hi,
Anyone here notice these two recent sales and care to comment on why such a difference in valuation - especially as the .US was sold for so much more?

Is it simply due to the directory site value?

These are the two biggest factors IMO

1) ) A domain is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

2) If you offer to sell it for $200 then that is what it will/might sell for, even though it may be "potentially" worth so much more.

Valuation of domains is a very tricky and subjective subject ! :hehe:

(whats a bargain price to one person is absolute madness to another !!)
