Those numbers from Keyword Google Tool are wrong,this is what I get:

Local Monthly Exact Searches:36 (Sweden-English).This is the data you need to look at.Apart from this,I'm not quite sure but I think the word "condo" is only used in the US.

Do you really expect to sell this one for those figures stated above????You would be extremely lucky if you sell it for low-mid xxx.
