domain Condo.ms

My thought process on this domain, is there's a few possibilities, and I've got a gut feeling I did pretty well on this, or that it at least has potential, but I would like some others thoughts

I was thinking that first off, the word condo is one English word. So it could be for a condo related resort, or something of similar nature.

Then of course, the word condo, with the .ms extension... it spells out condoms.

So any thoughts or feedback? I'm not dropping the domain or getting a refund, I'm holding onto it, or something either way.

it really is quite a good 'hack name' there are threads here at namepros for hack names , some don't like hack names , i have two but i dont think as good as this one , my guess at value is only a guess because it's a case of beauty is in the eyes of the beholder , but i am guessing between $500 to $1500 for this great one word hack , good luck , do consider developing a site with this domain.

A great end user of course would be Durex, the worlds largest and best known manufacturer for a few grand

There aren't that many companies doing them I don't think so a bidding war against the big boys would be hard to set up.

It is a cute domain hack, but let's be honest here it is not a big dollar domain in .MS

There have been so few .MS reported sales some being true top tier keywords like

CreditCards.ms - $210
Colleges.ms - $450
Hotel.ms - $510

On the bright side there were two hacks that I can see -

Foru.ms - $7K
Musli.ms - $200

Foru.ms seems like a total fluke sale as nothing else is close to it.

I would not expect any major condom company to use a domain hack for branding. The good news it the "Condo" angle is not too bad.

MS is also the abbreviation for Mississippi, so it could have use in that aspect as well.

There's a nice amount of condos in Mississippi. The thing is, in that expect, the domain kinda reminds me of the whole Pen Island .com aspect, haha :P

Do you think this could be something that I should consider parking and auctioning? Or a domain I should try to sell somewhere like NamePros, DNF, etc?
