Cant see any commercial use for this name. There are quite a few dictionary words available but none with any real use.

You are better off finding a 2 word name that has some use rather than a strange word that most people dont know the meaning of.

There are conciliation experts, conciliation lawyers, professional negotiators, I even found conciliation conferences being held. Hopefully one of these will want it.
