Recently, they've re-discovered the Conchos Trout, the only known Mexican trout endemic to the Atlantic drainage, in the Rio Conchos basin of Mexico.

Well fishing is a unique market that has been known to make some folks some big bucks like Jimmy Houston and Terry Bradshaw, just to name a few. Honestly I would suggest building a text heavy site about that fish and perhaps the regions it can be found in and get it SEO so that you can build up some traffic and backlinks to it. That should help the value of the domain ... for now I say it is mid $xx undeveloped with high development potential.

I've had offers much much higher then mid $xx same with sedo appraisal However I am currently working with fishforum and a few other fishing websites and marketing companies to get this website up and running.
