Boston ..You cant buy "Concerts" keyword for under 1K in damn near any extension. Let alone something that already has a base traffic , se ranking and some revs
I paid $350 for this nearly 3 years ...domain alone! simply because I understood the opportunity to be able to create 1000's of UNIQUE pages of concerts all over the world (that started with the keyword "concerts" ..and to be able to monetize each page .

The only reason I said anything at all about the revenues is because I was pointing out that even with just a few pages..and not working on the site in over a year .. it makes money on just a few ranked pages .
I grew up with Aerosmith , Pink Floyd , Blue Oyster Cult , Boston , The Ramones , Rush , The Eagles , Head East , Ozark Mountain Daredevils etc.. those days are over (for the most part) as far as the Concert scene is concerned
I still had this stuff in my head..when I started to develop it dawned on me ..I'm an old fart that hasnt been to a concert in years (rush 2112 was the best ever late 1970's !)
Everything has changed and I longer have the interest in learning who everyone is, mainly because this old Rocker cant stand most of todays music .. so you see why I really have no interest in actually developing it ..
It is a Fantastic keyword domain with millions of searches down every month on concerts .. it's THE perfect keyword for developing out a concert website for someone that still enjoys the concert andd music scene and should easily be able to produce an income you can live on ..
I'm actually shocked that no one has claimed it .. if people could get "making money" out of their heads long enough to realize the easist way to make money (developing sites) is by developing in topics you actually have an interest in .. the money comes easy then
