In response to your question, estibot is just a computerized output based on frequency etc. In this example, ItsKind.com is rated so high because of phrases like "first of its kind" and "its kind of hard when you are not around". It is a decent tool, but it is only a computer and doesn't realize people just don't say "its kind" with nothing attached to it.
