This will definitely become more valuable with development (and to dev wouldn't be that hard, just some research and compilation). If it is turned into a directory of some sort you could make it the place to go to learn about computer terminology.

ComputerTerms is one of the few phrases that go appropriatly with the .info ext. On the bad side of things, most informational sites aren't really worth that much for just the domain however you have some great potential to make money based on what you build the site into.

I would build up an online dictionary of computer terms and make money from the ad space.
