Established Computer Store + Anime Site .. MUST GO!

Hello guys,

First off, with the job I have no I have no time to run these sites and they are just sitting there and I am having problems doing orders in my spare time with the computer store.

As you can see if my sig I own two sites. The first is an actual business that I run in my spare time, we design computers and sell them (much like Falcon NW or Alienware but much cheaper). First off, the site DOES NOT COME WITH PARTS. You will need to find your own distributer for that sort of thing. The site itself is a heavily modified version of ZenCart (which I modded myself) and has custom hacks... for example the price is updated when you select different parts. I want to sell this to someone who actually knows how to build computers and will have a willingness to make it succeed (this store has been my baby). It gets an average of 30 - 40 visitors a day (which isnt much, but I haven't SEO the site either). You can check it out at www.revenantpc.com. My second site is AnimeVidz and what the site is, is a directory of streaming anime. You have probably heard of sites like this before, the difference with this one is that it is ONLY high quality DivX streams so the picture is high resolution with perfect sound. I've put a bit of work into this, it is based on WordPress so it is easy to modify. It has a whole bunch of plugins and has a view CJ ads running on it currently. The site has only made money from AdSense (which I've taken down and opted for the CJ ads). You can check it out at www.animevidz.com

Well the profit margin is up to you guys... I can tell you the computer I'm building right now yielded me about $500 bucks profit. Its fairly easy money you just have to keep two things in mind. a) you register the products so you get the full mfg warranty (so if they break, you aren't out money). b) you are tech support, you can do it through the online chat help program I installed or if you want you can setup your own 1-800 number. I found it easier to do the chat.

I do about 3-5 of these a month and have some extra income of about $1500- 2500. It really isnt that hard to do, the problem is I do not have any time anymore to dedicate to this as my job is paying me a lot more than doing the computer business.

I did do advertising, I geo-targeted with AdWords for people in my area and it worked very well. I've had to have the ads paused though because I cannot keep up with orders and its making me fall behind. Like I said I would keep the business if I had more time.

No it's not automatic profits like setting up a blog with AdSense, and you will have to put in some work. Like I said though, if you are good at marketing you will be able to probably do more than just 3-5 systems a month.

I will tell you guys right now, if you don't have any tech experience or building experience please do not bid on this. I want someone who will take it over and make it more successful.

Keep in mind that the site gets a regular 30 - 40 visitors a day, and has NOT been SEO optimized. The right person could probably drive a lot more traffic.

I would also like to add that I have sold computers, specifically around 3 - 4 a month. it's not like i just created a template site and now im trying to sell it.
