GoDaddy gives it a $3k+ valuation but I'm unsure about the .fm extension.

Any advice much appreciated

With 4 sales in 2018, I think there is no or less scope in this extension. This might not even sell.
Drop it if it doesn't sell in a year!

Sometimes GD will give a very high appraisal for an extension with common words. Look at this:

Estimated Value: $5,127

I could buy it right now, but its been available for 274 days. If the pros didnt buy it in all that time, I'm not gonna buy it either.

Some extensions with almost any 3L domain are rated at mid $xxxx but nobody wants them.
