Both names are beautiful but the extensions are worthless. Don’t waste your time on developing them. You may get some quick bucks by getting rid of them.

AGree even the best words are almost worthless in .name and even worse in .WS , maybe can flip for low XX .

I disagree with both of the above comments. Google loves .ws domains. If you develop them they will quickly get ranked on google. Just because the extension isn't .com doesn't mean they are completely unuseable and not worth developing.

As for development ideas, make a site that makes it easier for people to complain about different companies?

google sees .ws as equal to .com or as a generic extension, instead of a country-based extension that will only get local rankings.

I'm a big fan of the .ws extension, just like sportmoney said, Google loves it and I get plenty of visitors on www.bicycles.ws from google

I can understand that domainers don't like .ws and .name, but the appraisals here are going the wrong way with it. From what I can tell, flipping a .ws domain is almost useless, but if your goal is development, run with it.

yea a .ws domain can be developed to get traffic but so can fhsaiufhlkfad389hd.com. There would be no point in the appraisal section of this forum since you can say that the domain can be developed for every thread on here. Any name in any extension can be developed to get traffic that doesnt mean the domain is worth something by itself right now though.

I understand your point, but my argument was that people above were suggesting he not develop it because it's a crappy extension. That makes no sense to me.

It is a good keyword, so if he were to develop it, he may be able to sell it as a site. No matter how you develop fhsaiufhlkfad389hd.com, I can't imagine it selling for a decent amount. At least complain.ws has a decent keyword.

I was only giving an apprasial based on the name. just about any name can be developed. Have a look at the sales of .ws there has barley been any sales over $2K and most sell for crap. Most dont even sell. So as a name without development I stick by reg fee. Ofcourse it can be developed.

I dont think the word is strong enough for .ws, like it doesnt distract from the fact that its got .ws on the end.

Are you up to developing this, youd be hanging around with a bunch of complainers all day... you gotta have an interest in the site/subject your gonna dev.
