CompareOfficial.com seems to be missing an essential keyword. Compare official what? Because of this, there's no value due to the awkward structure of the phrase.

ConductPay.com has no value either. I've never heard anyone use the word "conduct" to pay someone so I don't see why it would be used in a domain name either.

Sadly, these "phrases" have zero searches.
And, like techgal said, the phrasing is a little too odd for these to be brandable.
Value = about $0-10.
