Dude, unless you own compaq, you probably better click delete. There is a term called cybersquatting that I suggest you look up. Think those stupid kids who download songs then upload them on sites like Kazaa (rofl) and then get sued for millions sounds bad. You are playing with fire.

This. A cautionary note to those new to the domain market: never, EVER, EVER, EVER (did I mention EVER?) register a domain name that contains a clear trademark violation. Check all of your registrations before buying them on uspto.gov's trademark search feature. Do a Google search. Use common sense.

At best, you'll lose a TM domain whenever someone brings a UDRP complaint against you, and you'll be branded a cybersquatter. At worst, especially if you're in the US, you can get heavy fines against you in court, especially (but in other cases as well) if you try to sell the domain to someone else or, for extra bonus points, to the actual trademark owner. It's not worth it when there are so many other opportunities.
