as we know, blog commenting is the finest way to bring in some powerful and easy backlinks. If the blog is a high PR dofollow one, then it becomes a good quality link.
Found it now. Seems like a very new list. Many of them are russian blogs. Chances are there to find a few auto approved blogs too. There are some pretty good blogs with PR 5 and 6.
