It sounds like you plan to make fun of 'warfare' situations, but in general I don't think people associate war with comedy. I am not sure how you plan to spin this or if you just plan to use it as a general comedy site, but I think that the idea of "comical warfare" is an oxymoron.

I think it maybe has possibilities. I'm thinking along the lines of a computer game, say cute characters trying to blow each other up, Worms style. Email a few games developers, you never know your luck.
