Hi Guys,

I hope all of you are doing great! Bought these 2 domains yesterday.

Objective - Selling to an end user - specifically any offline / online store specializing in costumers / Comic-Con merchandise with no geographical constraint.

What are your views on the appraisal for these 2 domains?

San Diego Comic-Con International is a multi-genre entertainment and comic convention held annually in San Diego, California

First of all, I am not sure that whether that is TradeMarked or not..would require more analysis. If you really want to use it as end user, and have some connections to this, then it can serve your purpose well.

If we think resale value as such, I see no value in it. New gTLDs only sells with best quality keywords in 2017. I had to google what Comic-Con is. And also, one need to consider that even if no TMs are present, end users can choose 1 million of alternatives in new gTLD space:

comic-con.online, comic-con.space, comic-con.place, comic-con.vip, comic-con.xyz, comic-con.zone, comic-con.enterprises, etc.

We can of course discuss what is better or worse then .shop or .store, but with so much alternatives, I guess chances that someone is going to pay premium to you as domainer exactly for these keywords are close to null.
