The highest bid is only 1,5k$ now.

I doubt that the topicstarter is an authorized broker to list this domain for sale. Even if he is, it's against rules on that Russian forum to list a domain for sale somewhere else while the auction is going. So if you want to get this domain cheaper, you'd better go to that forum.

Anyway, I might be wrong, but I have a feeling that the domain history isn't very clear. The seller on the Russian forum claims to have bought this domain via Bitcoin by contacting previous owner by email. If you look at domain history, it happened recently (the domain has just been transferred). And right after that the new owner is selling the domain for a low price.
