you answered your own question mate. All I see is a character place holder. If most people dont even have that key on their keyboard.....think about that for a moment....

Most reg fee/zero value domains, people have all the keys on their keyboard and they are still worthless.

Thats what I Was thinking although I did see ἱ.com go for a substantial amount of money not so long ago. Surely it would be some use to the country that the letter is from (Georgia)?

Maybe try and market to an enduser there?
