I don't think just adding verse to some random term is worth all that much, even in .COM.

Outside the .COM and .ORG sales you mentioned, these are the only other sales I could find in the last decade -

I don't see all that much resale value personally.

always used the word mecca not makkah no idea why it sold for so much as a Muslim on first glance i couldn't make sense of the word until i read the comments

also makkah verse makes no sense unless you are referring to verses from the Quran that mention mecca even then it is a long shot and plenty of better alternatives available on the market
