This is more of a detective request, then a dollar value appraisal. The domain is Top 10% on Atom and it ranks above far superior domains in my portfolio. It's only taken in the .com. There seems to be some company in Malaysia with that name, though I can't find much information on them.
According to the Wayback Machine, it used to be owned by Huge Domains. No indication it was previously developed.
Does anyone have any thoughts on why there's so much interest in the domain?
