Depends. If you will build a community site such as NamePros, in that case "s" is better, if it will be a single word company brand then it wil be better without s

Singulars are generally the preferred form, tho of course, it depends on the domain... guncollector would be preferred to gunscollector (or even guncollectors), for example.
