Hi,

I have about 16,000 (let's say between 15k to 16.6k) dot-COM domains to transfer.
I want to transfer minimum 7500 before Jan 1st and rest after.
If a great deal, then I may transfer all domains before Jan 1st.

Must have free privacy and great bulk management tools.

What are the best deals right now.
