exabytes doesn't have push option in their panel and with 60 days lock in period its just not viable especially for domainers who does outbound... I do outbound for domains and sale on regular basis , even if i convince the client to open account at exabytes than also i have to mail to exabytes team to get the domain pushed to client account which takes lots of time.

Exabytes.com doesn't have even basic feature like push which is surprising in todays time as all the registrars have such basic feature in their panel itself.

Hi I understand that its a new platform but please do not make false promises in the platform. It is mentioned that 24/7/365 chat service is available on your website however there is a time limit for chat support from 10-5 pm Monday to Friday...

Thats not a good business practice and it would badly harm the website in the long learn. Just a promo offer wont help in creating clientele base until and unless you guys solve your internal matter and come out clean. I have sent a mail 2 hours ago for a push and there is no response yet. You should understand that namepros is a domainer platform and we cant wait for so long if we strike a deal with a client. Further i have updated name-server but the domain are not pointed to the said location. I have dropped mail to the support 6 hours ago but no action has been take yet.
Big thumbs down on my part.
