If the bid was invalid then it should have been rejected prior to end of auction. This matter was not brought up, by interested parties, until the auction ended. There was plenty of time to dispute prior to then.

No need to get overly excited here. It's only a domain. Let's see what the moderator say. It doesn't matter to me either way. There are plenty of fishes in the sea. Everything happened for a reason, including the reason it didn't happened. No need for excitement or emotion of otherwise. Since the other bidder want it that bad, then by all mean just outbid me at the cost for a cup of coffee. I promised I won't bid. Looks like it could do more good to him than me

Eric is the boss and he can decide what the outcome is, I see the high bidder has dropped out and VentureFile is the winner. That is what this thread is ending on, there is no rule in place so this thread is not a precedent for another thread, the $300 bidder decided to defer and let VentureFile have the name without waiting for Eric to weigh in as he is the sole vote on this issue.

There are many names available for purchase and this is only one of them. So far I have completed only happy results for all transactions done on NP and I intend to keep it that way.
