It wouldn't be a top priority to have a Premium online presence if you're a local neighborhood bakery, IMO. Unless this bakery is doing a lot of online orders which few do, and even in that case, going out of your way to geo-target your brand online would kind of focus sales in the Colorado area. I think even a more specific geo-target would be better, like the neighborhood or town NameBakery.com, BrooklynBakery.com, ElmStreetBakery.com
I'd say a *Good* sale would be low $xxx on this one, they'd have to be a big-budget Bakery, and not a mom-and-pop type place which is what they usually are, mid - high $xx could be a likely sale.
