colocation servers : client will have physical access to the servers.
Dedicated servers : Client will have remote access to the servers .
Other than this what is the difference?

One difference with colocation is the handling of customer equipment, where they are the owner, for example keeping spare stock for customers and receiving shipments. It's important to guarantee safety of their equipment because you will be fully liable for it.

Ensure that your dedicated server is a physical machine too. Be aware of some companies selling VM's and passing them off as dedicated servers. While this may be true that they are dedicated, it's more of a glorified VPS. Depending on how the machine is configured, you may be sharing resources (I/O, cores, etc.) or they may be dedicated to yourself.

I found out the hard way about one company after dropping PEER1.
