The site has nice PR and very solid base traffic for 16 months ..
It makes money just sitting there (this is one I dont work on..I set it up 16 mmonths ago and only updated it a couple times) but to REALLY make a nice income it needs to be worked on on a fairly frequent base .. , Articles need to be written , College News updated , fresh content etc... adding a forum would be big .
Simply needs someone that likes to hang and follow the college scene and wil actually spend time updating it .
Great oppportunity to buy a real website with real history (more than the 30 day stuff you see all the time)
