That's a complex name and Surveillance is a complex term to be used frequently or branded.
However, when developed, this could be a website for some of the trusted ICOs and genuine coins amongst thousands of crypto currencies out there.
Development is a better option here although the complexity of "surveillance" bothers me.
You may fetch xx or low xxx, although one can never be sure about names in crypto because the buyers are so loaded.
