i think your domain is okay but i would say Reg fee, i don't see any commercial value in it, but again this is my opinion some people may value it differently.
are you trying to sale the name or build it into a site ??

However I'm really curious to know why you think that it's worthless? I would appreciate to hear some short explanation as well.
In my opinion it may easily become a great name for let's say a crypto mining/cloud mining company considering given word "coining" as producing coins + er.

Due to it has double plus +ing and +nr which is considered little bit uncomfortable. Though someone may consider it differently.
