The second one is not fully coded but comes with 2 other pages (pricing tables & contact pages). If you would like the second one developed the price will be raised to $65. I will also do WHMCS or ClientExec integrations for both templates for an extra.

It's for sale on ThemeForest, and from what I know, the seller doesn't give the resell rights.

Even if you're the owner of the theme, ThemeForest has some exclusive rules on their website.
