I'd say it has WAY more value than their appraisal, since there's actually drug trials FOR a cocaine treatment drug, it's supposed to block a users ability to get high if they slip from trying to quit coke.
The value is definitely there for drug treatment sites, AND this drug is being called a vaccine.
So this is a no brainer, even if you just want to hold onto it and flip it later for a fortune.
