.co.uk & .org.uk Valuble or no?

What do you think of .co.uk & .org.uk. I'm still trying to get a feel for domaining. Any replies are appreciated.

because of the additional cost and messing about transfering a .co.uk domain name, it is only worth registering the best names for onward sales...
